Support DC Gov in new projects using flexible, user-centric and Agile approaches through three engagement models: OCTO-Led, OCTO-Counseled, OCTO-Enabled

  • Increase the Digital Experiences team’s engagement with agencies and end-users to better understand pain points and unmet needs
  • Define and implement a standard user-centric design approach
  • Develop self-service trainings for agencies on user-centric design and Agile topics

Deliver on DC Gov’s biggest user experience & service delivery opportunities to make government service faster, fairer, simpler

  • Leverage the Digital Experiences team to lead the development of DC.gov 2.0
  • Design and launch Intranet for all DC Gov employees
