Deliver core technologies services efficiently and provide thought-leadership and guidance for DC Gov

• We will streamline and simplify engagement and intake processes using OCTO Engagement Models* (OCTO-led, OCTO-counseled, or OCTO-enabled) to ensure all agencies can access OCTO capabilities
• We will deploy a single, easy-to-use Tech Solutions Navigator* to capture OCTO core services and established enterprise contracts for efficient delivery of most demanded OCTO offerings
• We will continue to identify highest impact technology and proactively incorporate them as OCTO’s core services and offerings

Drive digital equity and improve access to technology for all DC residents

• We will proactively seek out potential federal funding opportunities to continue to improve access to broadband internet across DC
• We will double-down on our Digital Equity plan to bolster collaboration with private and non-profit sector entities
