• Establish engagement and intake process with full spectrum of support for all technology investment needs across DC Gov
• Increase transparency in OCTO’s cost-of-service delivery and centrally funded services through clear and consistent chargeback models
• Create visibility through a single catalog into OCTO core services and established enterprise agreements with industry partners
• Develop Tech Sourcing Playbook with best practices to simplify acquisition process, reduce costs by eliminating redundancy, ensure compliance and minimize risk
• Develop customer-facing template to measure potential ROI on long-term capital improvement projects

Develop the internal processes and tools necessary to support optimal financial planning

• Drive discipline in developing and managing tech spending plans and budgets across OCTO; including internal adoption of Tech Solutions Navigator and Tech Sourcing Playbook
• Create interactive financial planning dashboards to increase spend visibility, identity cost saving opportunities, improve forecast accuracy and mitigate risk
